Pennsylvania State Bar ADR Committee
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee addresses current issues of mediation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration of private and court-connected ADR programs. The committee conducts professional education programs in alternative dispute resolution, and study and recommends standards of practice for neutrals.. (link)

The Pennsylvania Council of Mediators
The Pennsylvania Council of Mediators (PCM) brings together individuals from across the state who share a common interest in mediation as an alternative form of dispute resolution. The goals of PCM are to promote mediation through advocacy and education, develop state-wide policies favorable to mediation, and function as a network for information and skills sharing. The work of PCM is carried out by standing and ad hoc committees, with overall policy and direction set by a board of directors. (link)

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is an association whose membership consists of mediators and arbitrators distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution.
